THE Alice Guy Blaché awards
The Alice Guy Blache Awards, are dedicated to honouring the first female film director and pioneer who was overlooked by the industry she helped to establish. These annual awards recognise films that promote non-violence and positive storytelling, not shirking from difficult subjects, but telling stories in a compassionate and thoughtful way.
To be considered for the awards you will need to submit your film to the short film streaming platform, where industry judges select a short list for film screening and consideration for craft and film awards, which will be held in 2025.
